Join us for a service-focused, celebratory trip marking 20 years of Heart for Africa! We’ll reflect on our past 20 years and look forward to the next 20 while centering ourselves in HOPE at the heart of what we do.
Trip Dates & Duration
June 5 – 16, 2026 (12 days, door-to-door). Departure Date from Home Country: June 5. Arrival Date in Johannesburg, South Africa: June 6. Departure Date from Johannesburg, South Africa: June 15 after 8pm. Arrival Date in Home Country: June 16.
Age Requirement
12+ if attending with family members. 16+ if traveling with a non-relative temporary guardian.
Accommodations
Trip participants will stay at the lovely Nkonyeni Golf Estate in private or shared rooms based upon registration type.
Cost
For Shared Accomodation (per person): $2,990 USD. For Single, Private Accomodation (per person): $3,290 USD

Note: While we don’t require physical/manual labor, there is mild to moderate walking terrian that you must be able to handle daily. If you’re concerned about the activity level, please reach out to us before registering.
Trip Overview
This special, 12-day trip will entail activities we’ve never done, celebrations we’ll never forget, and vision casting that will fuel us for our next 20 years. We’ll engage with our friends on Project Canaan and continue to build relationships in the local community, all while meeting fellow travelers from across the world. We’ll also support our Project Canaan staff and kids by volunteering at Camp Canaan, our very own VBS-type experience. This trip will undoubtedly be the one you don’t want to miss!
Arrival & Orientation
One month before the trip departs, we’ll host an informative call on which we’ll supply important notes and answer any questions you may have.
Upon arrival in Eswatini, we will host a group orientation to remind you of the most important in-country info.
